The meditation room in the BergZendo is the heart of the house and covers an area of 55 m² with a fine oak floor.
Glazed on two sides, the room offers a view of the valley and creates a unique atmosphere. The natural lighting conditions, which vary depending on the time of day and weather conditions, create a magical atmosphere in the meditation room, providing a particularly relaxing and calming experience.
Here, guests and visitors to BergZendo can meditate in peace, practise yoga or simply enjoy the magnificent view while strengthening the connection between body and mind.
The kitchen at BergZendo is fully equipped and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. It is available for self-catering and has everything you need to cook for larger groups.
If required, voluntary members of our Sangha can take over the cooking for seminars. As they are usually working, please check when booking whether cooks are currently available during the booking period.
At BergZendo, the majority of guests are accommodated in twin rooms. The rooms are kept in a simple style – following the spirit of Zen. Most of the rooms are furnished with larch floors, solid wood beds and washbasins.
Some of the rooms also offer a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and create a special feel-good atmosphere.
There are several showers and WCs available to guests on both floors.
At the BergZendo, guests can enjoy their meals either on the covered terrace or in the dining room. The BergZendo offers space for up to 34 people, who can be accommodated in a total of 17 rooms.
